Hello Conversions A product of Vision Labs Website: helloconversions.com Effective Date: June 1, 2025 Last Updated: March 8, 2026
1. Who We Are
Hello Conversions is a real-time revenue analytics and conversion intelligence platform operated by Vision Labs (“Vision Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Hello Conversions gives businesses unified visibility into their revenue operations by connecting to platforms such as GoHighLevel and third-party payment processors.
This Privacy Policy explains how Hello Conversions collects, uses, stores, protects, and shares information about you when you use helloconversions.com and any associated services (collectively, the “Service”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly:
- Account registration details: name, email address, company name, and password
- Billing information, processed by our third-party payment processor (we do not store full card numbers)
- Support messages, feedback, and attachments you send to us
- Names and email addresses of team members you invite to your workspace
Information collected automatically:
- Usage data: pages visited, dashboard interactions, and session durations
- Device and log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and referral URL
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 9)
Data from connected third-party services:
When you authorize integrations with platforms such as GoHighLevel, Stripe, or other payment processors, we collect and process data from those services necessary to power your Hello Conversions dashboards. This may include contact records, lead data, pipeline information, transaction records, subscription details, and revenue events.
3. Google User Data
This section specifically addresses how Hello Conversions accesses, uses, stores, and shares data obtained through Google APIs, in compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy).
What Google user data we collect:
When you choose to sign in using Google OAuth, we request access to:
- Your basic Google profile information: name, email address, and profile photo
- Any additional Google API scopes explicitly described and consented to at the time of authorization
How we use Google user data:
We use Google user data solely to provide and improve the features of Hello Conversions that you have requested. Specifically:
- To authenticate your identity and maintain your secure login session
- To associate your Google account with your Hello Conversions workspace
- To display your profile information within the application
Important distinction regarding advertising:
Hello Conversions provides conversion tracking and advertising data services to clients as its core business. This means your clients’ conversion data, revenue events, and campaign performance data may be transmitted to advertising platforms (such as Google Ads, Meta, and others) as part of the Service we render.
However, data obtained through Google OAuth — meaning your name, email address, and profile information used to log in to Hello Conversions — is strictly separate and is never used for advertising targeting, transmitted to ad platforms, or shared with third parties for any advertising purpose whatsoever.
Prohibited uses of Google user data:
Vision Labs and Hello Conversions do not use Google user data for any of the following:
- Targeted, personalized, or retargeted advertising
- Selling data to data brokers or information resellers
- Determining creditworthiness or for lending purposes
- Training AI or machine learning models
- Creating independent user profiles for purposes unrelated to the Service
- Any purpose other than providing or improving user-facing features of Hello Conversions
How we store Google user data:
Google user data is stored on secured servers using encryption at rest and in transit. Access is restricted to authorized personnel. We retain Google user data only as long as your account is active or as otherwise described in Section 7.
How we share Google user data:
We do not share, transfer, sell, or disclose Google user data to third parties, except in the limited circumstances described in Section 5. We do not sell Google user data under any circumstances.
4. How We Use Your Data
