Facts about Hyros as of October 2026. Hyros quotes its price on a setup call, so its cell in the lowest published plan row says Not published. Sources are listed at the end of this page. HelloConversions cells describe our own product.

What each row measures
What the bill scales with
The usage measure the vendor's published pricing grows with, such as CRM contacts, tracked revenue, sessions, pageviews, visitors, events or ad spend.
Lowest published paid plan
The monthly price of the cheapest published paid plan that a GoHighLevel lead-gen or service business would buy, on the check date, with its billing term. When the vendor has separate ladders (ecom and lead gen, say), it is the lead-gen ladder. Free plans are covered by the trial row.
Free trial or free plan
Whether someone can try the product without paying: a time-limited free trial or a permanent free plan, as published. Performance offers, refund terms and paid pilots are not trials.
GoHighLevel connection
How the product receives data from GoHighLevel (contacts, opportunities, payments): a documented native integration (app or OAuth), webhooks sent from GHL workflows, or a tracking script on pages only. Writing data into GHL is not receiving it.
Sends GHL stage changes
Whether a chosen GoHighLevel opportunity stage change (for example Booked or Qualified) can be sent to an ad platform as a conversion, and what has to be built per stage.
Reads GHL payments
Whether payments recorded in GoHighLevel (orders, invoices, transactions) reach the product as revenue, so a deposit and a later balance are both counted.
Per-event delivery log
Whether you can inspect each event the product sent to an ad platform: the payload, the destination and the platform's response or error (an outbound log). A log of the events the product received is an inbound log and answers a different question.
Choice of attribution model
Whether reports can credit sales to campaigns under more than one documented model (for example first click, last click, linear).
Revenue against ad spend
Whether the product reports collected revenue next to ad spend from its own data, and at which level: the account total, campaign, ad (ad set and ad) or creative.
Setup help
Whether the vendor publishes done-for-you or guided setup, and whether it is included or paid.

Follow one GHL sale through Hyros and HelloConversions

One lead books a call, gets qualified, pays a $300 deposit, then pays the $700 balance and later gets a $100 refund. Each row says what each tool documents at that step. Neither documents how a deposit plus a balance, or a partial refund, is valued for ad platforms.
  1. A lead opts in on your GHL funnel

With HelloConversionsIf the opt-in creates an opportunity in a stage you chose, it goes to Meta as a conversion, such as a lead event. The contact's details go with it, hashed.

With HyrosThe Hyros script goes in each funnel's head tracking code, and GHL forms need extra steps. Tracked leads go to Meta as server events, sent hourly.

  2. They book a call

With HelloConversionsWhen the opportunity moves to your Booked stage, that stage is sent as a conversion, if you picked it. You don't build a GHL workflow to send it.

With HyrosWith a Hyros parameter and script on the GHL calendar, the booking is tracked as a call. Calls can go to Meta or Google, and a Booked Call tag can mark the lead stage too.

  3. A rep marks them qualified (SQL)

With HelloConversionsThe move to your Qualified stage is sent when it happens, for example as a qualified_lead event in Meta.

With HyrosA Qualified Lead tag maps to its own Hyros lead stage. It can be sent to Meta or Google as a custom conversion.

  4. They pay a $300 deposit

With HelloConversionsCaptured as a GHL payment and used in revenue reporting. Purchases can go to Meta, Google and TikTok.

With HyrosHyros' July 2024 changelog says its GHL integration processes sales. Tracked sales can go to Meta, Google and TikTok.

  5. They pay the $700 balance

With HelloConversionsCaptured too, with the invoice's paid event, for revenue reporting. Open question: how the deposit plus the balance is valued for ad platforms.

With HyrosCovered by the same changelog: the GHL integration processes sales. Open question: how the deposit plus the balance is valued for ad platforms.

  6. You refund $100

With HelloConversionsThe invoice's refunded event is captured for revenue reporting. Open question: whether a partial refund changes the conversion sent to ad platforms.

With HyrosHyros' changelog says the GHL integration processes refund events too. Open question: whether a partial refund changes the conversion sent to ad platforms.

Hyros vs HelloConversions: the real differences

  1. Where HelloConversions is ahead

A published price, set by your contacts

HelloConversions publishes its prices by GHL contact band, and events, conversions and ad spend don't change them. Hyros prices by the revenue it tracks for you, and you get the number on a setup call. Which costs less depends on your account, so price both for the same contacts and revenue.

  2. Where HelloConversions is ahead

GHL stages without a tag for each

In Hyros, each lead stage maps to its own GHL tag, such as Booked Call or Qualified Lead. In HelloConversions, you pick the pipeline stages themselves to send. Each one goes out when the opportunity moves, to Meta's Conversions API, Google Ads and TikTok.

  3. Checking what each tool sent

Hyros has a Sent Conversions tab for Facebook, Google, TikTok and Snapchat, and can re-send failed events in bulk. The HelloConversions delivery log shows each event's destination, type, parameters and the platform's response status. There, "Matched" means the platform accepted the event, not that it matched the person.

  4. Where Hyros is ahead

Ad-level reports and a setup team on every plan

Hyros reports show revenue, cost, profit and ROAS down to the ad, under any of six attribution models. Every Hyros plan also includes a setup team and an account AI analyst. HelloConversions puts total sales next to Meta and Google ad spend, with UTM breakdowns, and documents no choice of model. Its team sets it up for you on annual plans or as an add-on. If you set budgets ad by ad, or want setup in every plan, Hyros is ahead.

A fair look

What Hyros does well, and who it suits

Hyros is ad tracking and attribution software. It says it catches the sales Meta and Google miss and feeds them back to their AI. It sends conversions to Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Reddit and Snapchat, to a new pixel or one you already use.

With GoHighLevel, you connect Hyros under Integrations and add its script to each funnel. Its GHL integration processes sales and refund events and tracks calendar bookings as calls. Each lead stage maps to a GHL tag.

Hyros says it isn't an analytics tool and plugs into the reporting you already use. Its reports still go down to the ad, with revenue, cost, profit and ROAS, and you can switch between six attribution models.

Hyros sells one plan, quoted on a setup call, and it includes a setup team, an account AI analyst and a Claude MCP connection. It suits a buyer who sets budgets from ad-level attribution and wants setup help in the plan. If you've already decided to leave, see our list of Hyros alternatives.

Hyros pricing vs HelloConversions pricing

HelloConversions publishes its price on the pricing page. It depends on how many contacts are in your GHL account, and the lowest band is shown below. Events, conversions and ad spend don't change it.

Hyros doesn't publish prices. As of October 22, 2026, its pricing page says it sells one plan, quoted on a setup call and sized to the revenue it tracks. We can't show a Hyros price here, and we won't guess one.

That page also describes a performance-based offer. If it matters to you, get its terms in writing on the setup call.

A lower entry price doesn't tell you what you'll save. Get a Hyros quote, find your contact band, then compare both for the same account. The evidence below is one customer's report of their own bill, not a typical saving.

First-hand evidence

Each account below is one person's experience, shown with its date and context. It is not a typical result.

One customer with more than 80,000 GoHighLevel contacts reported paying just under $1,200 a month for Hyros. During onboarding, I estimated HelloConversions at $225–$300 a month and suggested budgeting $300 […] The $300 figure was an estimate, not a confirmed subscription payment.

JJ Reynolds, Founder, HelloConversions

One customer with more than 80,000 GHL contacts reported their own monthly Hyros bill. JJ made his estimate for that account during onboarding. It is an estimate, not a quote or a payment, and one account is not a typical saving. From JJ's Hyros alternatives post, published September 15, 2026.

We connected a selected GHL pipeline stage to a Meta pixel. We configured a purchase rule for amounts greater than $50. We reviewed the event activity log. We connected Claude through MCP; the initial data sync was still running.

JJ Reynolds, Founder, HelloConversions

What JJ's team set up or reviewed in that same customer's HelloConversions account during onboarding, from the table in his post. It shows each step was used once, for one account. It is not a setup time, and it doesn't show that past data was fully imported.

How to switch from Hyros to HelloConversions

  1. Run both on the same account

Keep Hyros running while you connect HelloConversions to GHL and choose your stages. Hold off on sending any event that Hyros already sends.

  2. Reconcile one real sale

Follow one sale through both tools: the booked call, the qualified stage, the deposit, the balance and any refund. Note what each tool recorded and what it sent. Ask each one to show how it recorded the deposit, the balance and the refund.

  3. Give each event one sender

For each event and ad platform, pick one tool to send it. Two tools sending the same purchase to Meta can count the sale twice. Turn off the Hyros send for an event before HelloConversions starts sending it.

  4. Cut over and keep your history

Once the sale reconciles, move the rest of your events across. Export the Hyros reports you rely on before you cancel. HelloConversions reports can look back up to 18 months, but it doesn't re-send past conversions to ad platforms.

Frequently asked questions

Does Hyros work with GoHighLevel?

Yes. You connect GoHighLevel under Integrations in Hyros and authorize it, then paste the Hyros script into each funnel's head tracking code. Lead stages map to GHL tags, and Hyros' changelogs say the integration also tracks calendar bookings as calls, plus sales and refunds.

How much does Hyros cost?

Hyros doesn't publish a price. It quotes one plan on a setup call, and the price follows the revenue Hyros tracks for you (checked October 22, 2026). Ask for the quote with your current tracked revenue in hand.

Is Hyros worth it for a GoHighLevel business?

It can be, if you set your ad budget from attribution reports. Hyros gives you ad-level reports, six attribution models and a setup team on every plan. If you mainly need GHL pipeline stages sent to your ad platforms, HelloConversions does that at a published price.

Can HelloConversions replace Hyros attribution reports?

Not report for report. HelloConversions puts your GHL revenue next to Meta and Google ad spend, with MER and cost per lead, and breaks results out by UTM. It doesn't document ad-level revenue or a choice of attribution models, so keep Hyros if those reports set your budget.

Do both tools connect to Claude?

Yes. Hyros includes a Claude MCP connection in every plan, and HelloConversions has an MCP connector so Claude can report on your own data. AI access isn't what separates them.

Can I run Hyros and HelloConversions at the same time?

Yes, while you test. Give each event one sender per ad platform so a sale isn't counted twice. Compare the same sales in both tools before you cancel either one.
