Short answer

AnyTrack or HelloConversions: which is better for GoHighLevel?

HelloConversions is the stronger pick when GoHighLevel holds your pipeline and payments. It bills by your GHL contacts, not tracked sessions, and its Conversions API pricing starts below AnyTrack's $100 Starter. It also logs what it sent, where AnyTrack logs only what it received. AnyTrack suits media buyers who want ad-level ROAS across many ad networks.

What each row measures
What the bill scales with
The usage measure the vendor's published pricing grows with, such as CRM contacts, tracked revenue, sessions, pageviews, visitors, events or ad spend.
Lowest published paid plan
The monthly price of the cheapest published paid plan that a GoHighLevel lead-gen or service business would buy, on the check date, with its billing term. When the vendor has separate ladders (ecom and lead gen, say), it is the lead-gen ladder. Free plans are covered by the trial row.
Free trial or free plan
Whether someone can try the product without paying: a time-limited free trial or a permanent free plan, as published. Performance offers, refund terms and paid pilots are not trials.
GoHighLevel connection
How the product receives data from GoHighLevel (contacts, opportunities, payments): a documented native integration (app or OAuth), webhooks sent from GHL workflows, or a tracking script on pages only. Writing data into GHL is not receiving it.
Sends GHL stage changes
Whether a chosen GoHighLevel opportunity stage change (for example Booked or Qualified) can be sent to an ad platform as a conversion, and what has to be built per stage.
Reads GHL payments
Whether payments recorded in GoHighLevel (orders, invoices, transactions) reach the product as revenue, so a deposit and a later balance are both counted.
Meta Conversions API
Whether the product sends conversions to Meta server-side through the Conversions API, and on which plan.
Per-event delivery log
Whether you can inspect each event the product sent to an ad platform: the payload, the destination and the platform's response or error (an outbound log). A log of the events the product received is an inbound log and answers a different question.
Imports past GHL data
Whether contacts, opportunities or payments created in GoHighLevel before setup can be imported into the product's reports, and with which limits.
Revenue against ad spend
Whether the product reports collected revenue next to ad spend from its own data, and at which level: the account total, campaign, ad (ad set and ad) or creative.

Where one $1,000 GHL sale goes in each tool

A lead books a call and gets qualified. They pay a $1,000 invoice in two parts: a $300 deposit, then the $700 balance. Later you refund $100. The cells keep to what each vendor has published. AnyTrack documents how instalments count, and that a refund changes nothing it already sent. HelloConversions documents neither for ad platforms.
  1. A lead opts in on your GHL funnel

With HelloConversionsIf the opt-in opens an opportunity in a stage you picked, that stage goes out as a conversion. Email, phone, name, city and state travel with it, hashed.

With AnyTrackA new contact goes out as a Lead event by default, from Starter up. The funnel needs the AnyTrack tag in its head code, and each form a hidden _atid field.

  2. They book a call

With HelloConversionsWhen the opportunity reaches your Booked stage, HelloConversions sends that stage, if you chose it. No GHL workflow is built to send it.

With AnyTrackA new appointment goes out as Schedule by default. If you also use a Booked pipeline stage, it's listed unmapped until you map it.

  3. A rep moves them to Qualified

With HelloConversionsThe move to Qualified goes out as it happens, mapped to an event such as qualified_lead in Meta.

With AnyTrackYour Qualified stage starts as an unmapped entry. Map it to an event once, and a custom event also needs mapping for each ad platform.

  4. They pay the $300 deposit

With HelloConversionsCaptured as a GHL payment for revenue reporting. Purchases can be sent to Meta, Google Ads and TikTok. How a deposit is valued there isn't documented.

With AnyTrackInstalments start unmapped. Map them, and the deposit can go out as its own event.

  5. They pay the $700 balance

With HelloConversionsThe paid invoice is captured for revenue reporting. How the balance is valued on Meta, Google Ads or TikTok isn't documented.

With AnyTrackInvoice fully paid maps to Purchase by default. The last payment sends the full invoice value, so this one goes out as $1,000.

  6. You refund $100

With HelloConversionsRefunded invoices are captured for revenue reporting too. How a partial refund is valued on ad platforms isn't documented.

With AnyTrackAnyTrack ignores refunds, so the $1,000 Purchase stands in its reports and on ad platforms. It sends no adjustment.

Five differences that matter for a GHL account

  1. Where HelloConversions is ahead

A bill that follows contacts, not sessions

AnyTrack bills by tracked sessions, and every visit to your site counts, new or returning. Each plan also has a website limit, and sessions over the plan cost $0.40 to $0.20 per 1,000. HelloConversions prices by how many contacts your GHL account holds. Event volume and ad spend play no part, so your bill moves with your list.

  2. Where HelloConversions is ahead

A lower price for your first Conversions API plan

AnyTrack's Free plan reports conversions but sends none to Meta. Its first plan that sends them is Starter, at $100 a month, and Google Ads and TikTok sending start there too. HelloConversions includes the Meta Conversions API in Conversions Plus+, whose lowest band costs less. On a large list the order can flip, as the cost section shows.

  3. Where HelloConversions is ahead

A log of what was sent, not only what arrived

AnyTrack keeps an Events Log for each conversion source. It shows the payload AnyTrack received and a status: OK, discarded, deduplicated or an error. The HelloConversions per-event log covers the other direction: where each event went, its type and parameters, and how the platform responded. In that log, "Matched" says the platform accepted the event. It isn't proof that the person was matched or the sale credited.

  4. What each tool keeps from before and after you connect

AnyTrack records only the events GoHighLevel sends after you connect, and its GHL guide says it can't import historical data. HelloConversions reports can look back up to 18 months. How far back it syncs GHL data when you first connect isn't published. Either way, past conversions aren't re-sent to ad platforms.

  5. Where AnyTrack is ahead

Ad-level ROAS with a first or last click switch

AnyTrack's Campaign Report puts cost, conversions, revenue and ROAS on one row for each campaign, ad set and ad. It pulls spend from Meta, Google, TikTok, ChatGPT Ads and Microsoft Ads, and you can switch credit between first and last ad click. Starter also sends conversions to seven ad platforms. HelloConversions shows total sales against Meta and Google spend, broken out by UTM, with no model to choose. If you cut spend ad by ad, AnyTrack is ahead.

A fair look

AnyTrack's strengths, and the buyer it's built for

AnyTrack connects paid traffic, affiliate networks, ecommerce and CRM outcomes, then sends conversions to ad platforms server-side. Its Starter plan reaches seven ad platforms, including Microsoft Ads, and more than 100 conversion sources.

Its HighLevel app connects by OAuth. You pick a sub-account, the app sets up the GHL webhooks, and each pipeline stage shows up as its own entry to map. You also add the AnyTrack tag to each funnel's head code and a hidden _atid field to every form.

AnyTrack spells out how GHL payment plans count. The last instalment sends the full invoice value, and earlier instalments can be mapped as their own events. It also says refunds are ignored and no adjustment reaches ad platforms. HelloConversions doesn't document how deposits or refunds are valued there.

AnyTrack suits a media buyer who sets budgets from ad-level ROAS, or a seller with affiliate or store revenue outside GHL. HelloConversions works with GoHighLevel only. Already set on leaving AnyTrack? The AnyTrack alternatives guide weighs other options for GHL.

AnyTrack pricing for a GHL account, next to HelloConversions

As of October 21, 2026, AnyTrack's paid plans run from Starter at $100 a month to Advance at $300, billed monthly. Each plan includes a set number of sessions and websites. Sessions past that cost $0.40 to $0.20 per 1,000, depending on the plan.

The Free plan covers 5,000 sessions on one website. It reports conversions but sends none to Meta, Google Ads or TikTok.

HelloConversions prices by the contacts in your GHL account, and the card below shows the lowest band. Find your own band among the contact tiers on the pricing page.

A lower entry price is only a starting point. A small list with heavy traffic suits a contact-based bill. A large list with modest traffic on one website can cost less on AnyTrack's Starter. Price both with your own contact count and monthly sessions.

Moving from AnyTrack without counting a sale twice

  1. Connect HelloConversions alongside AnyTrack

Leave AnyTrack running and connect your GoHighLevel account to HelloConversions. Choose your stages, but hold back any event AnyTrack is already sending.

  2. Trace one sale through both

Pick a recent sale with a deposit and a balance. Compare what AnyTrack's Events Log received with what the HelloConversions log sent, step by step. Then check how each tool recorded the invoice and any refund.

  3. Hand each event to one tool

AnyTrack says other Meta Pixel or Conversions API setups must be removed, because it can't dedupe them. So stop each event in AnyTrack before HelloConversions starts sending it. One purchase from two senders can count twice.

  4. Switch the rest over, then pull the tag

Move the remaining events once that sale reconciles. Keep a copy of the Campaign Report numbers you still need while your AnyTrack account is open. Its tag also loads a Meta Pixel that fires PageView. Keep the pixel you want on your funnels when the tag comes out.

Frequently asked questions

Does AnyTrack work with GoHighLevel?

Yes, through its HighLevel app. Out of the box it maps new contacts to Lead, new appointments to Schedule, and orders and fully paid invoices to Purchase. Pipeline stages and partial payments wait until you map them, and sending needs Starter or above.

How much does AnyTrack cost?

AnyTrack's Starter plan is $100 a month for 100,000 sessions and one website. Personal is $150 and Advance is $300, billed monthly, as published on October 21, 2026. Extra sessions cost $0.40 to $0.20 per 1,000. A free plan exists, but it doesn't send conversions to ad platforms.

Does AnyTrack's Free plan send events to Meta?

No. The Free plan reports conversions but doesn't send them through Meta's Conversions API. Sending to Meta, Google Ads and TikTok starts on Starter. Paid plans begin with a 14-day free trial.

Does AnyTrack send GHL refunds to ad platforms?

No. AnyTrack ignores refunds on your own orders and sends no adjustments, so a Purchase it already sent stays counted. HelloConversions captures refunded invoices for revenue reporting, but how it treats a refund on ad platforms isn't documented.

Can HelloConversions show ROAS for each ad, like AnyTrack?

Not today. Its Marketing Efficiency dashboard shows total sales beside Meta and Google spend, with MER and cost per lead. You can filter it by UTM campaign, source, medium and content. AnyTrack's Campaign Report goes down to the ad, so keep AnyTrack if that view sets your budgets.

Can I run AnyTrack and HelloConversions together?

Yes, while you compare them, as long as each event has one sender. AnyTrack says it can't dedupe other Meta Pixel or Conversions API setups. Two tools sending the same purchase can count it twice.
