Which AnyTrack alternative fits your GoHighLevel workflow?
HelloConversions connects GHL conversion delivery with pipeline and revenue reporting, including reports requested in Claude from the same data. LeadJourney deserves comparison when attribution and client reporting drive the purchase. LeadSync addresses the narrower job of lead delivery and quality feedback.
A tool that sends one kind of conversion is not automatically a replacement for AnyTrack's reporting and connected sources.
| Tool | Work it can replace | Relevant price and included usage | Main tradeoff |
|---|---|---|---|
| AnyTrack | Attribution reports and ad-platform conversion delivery | Starter: $100/month; 100,000 sessions, one website. Pricing | Free excludes outbound CAPI; websites, sessions and features affect the plan |
| HelloConversions | GHL conversion delivery, pipeline/revenue analytics and Claude reports on the same data | From $9/month below 500 actual GHL contacts; unlimited events. Pricing | Price changes by contact band; evaluate your payment workflow |
| Stape | GHL opportunity events through tagging infrastructure | Meta gateway: $10/month/pixel, 10 million events. sGTM Pro: $20/month, 500,000 requests. Gateway, sGTM | Separate services; someone owns event and destination configuration |
| Tracklution | Server-side conversion delivery across advertising platforms | Free: 5,000 events, one website. Grow: €39.20/month billed annually, 50,000 events. Pricing | Clarify offline-event entitlement on Free |
| LeadJourney | CRM attribution, reporting and conversion sync | Launch: €103/month, €1,236 billed annually; up to €5,000 monthly marketing spend, one domain and one app. Pricing | Spend, domains and integration allowances constrain the configuration |
| LeadSync | Lead-form delivery and Meta quality feedback | Business: $19/month; 1,500 leads and two sources. Pricing | Narrower than a complete revenue-attribution replacement |
| CustomerLabs | Customer profiles, audiences and data activation | Growth: $129/month; 500,000 combined usage units. Pricing | Collection, delivery, processing and storage all consume usage |
These are different billing units and, where labeled, different payment terms. A lower entry price does not establish lower cost for your account. If you are replacing broader attribution across an existing marketing stack, also read the Hyros alternatives comparison.
What does AnyTrack already cover in GoHighLevel?
AnyTrack has a native HighLevel app. Default server-side events include contacts, appointments, orders, upsells, invoices created and fully paid, and opportunities created and won.
Pipeline transitions and partial invoice payments require additional mappings; custom opportunity events also need destination mapping. Installation uses the AnyTrack tag and a hidden _atid field on relevant forms. GHL event and installation guide.

Calendar configuration shown in AnyTrack's installation documentation.
AnyTrack also provides campaign, conversion and landing-page reports. Its integration log shows received data, processing outcomes, duplicates and errors. Those are useful diagnostics; receiving an event does not prove an ad platform attributed the sale. Reporting FAQ, integration event log.
| AnyTrack plan | Monthly price | Included sessions/month | Websites | Outbound CAPI |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | 5,000 | 1 | No |
| Starter | $100 | 100,000 | 1 | Yes |
| Personal | $150 | 500,000 | 3 | Yes |
| Advance | $300 | 3,000,000 | 10 | Yes |

Prices above use monthly billing in USD. Personal adds cross-domain tracking and GA4. Advance allows extra websites at $30/month. AnyTrack pricing.
Sessions are pooled across the account's websites. Paid plans charge overages, so included sessions are not hard caps. For example, twelve separately billable websites on Advance cost $360/month before overages: $300 plus two additional websites at $30. Twelve GHL sub-accounts do not automatically mean twelve websites. Billing model, Advance plan.
Free records and reports conversions but does not send them through the Conversion API. You also cannot return to Free after starting a trial or paid subscription. Free-plan limits.
AnyTrack's GHL guide says past conversions cannot be imported, so preserve the historical reports you need before changing systems. History limits.
AnyTrack's Trustpilot page showed 3.4/5 from 11 reviews when checked. A March 18, 2026 reviewer praised support and flexibility for unusual funnels; a December 19, 2025 reviewer reported difficulty obtaining support. This small, conflicting sample does not establish a typical outcome. Use a real mapping question to evaluate support during your trial. AnyTrack reviews.
Six AnyTrack alternatives, compared by the work they replace
The six options below address different parts of a GHL tracking setup. My starting point is to separate the reporting question from the conversion-delivery question: the report helps you make a budget decision, while the event sent to an ad platform defines the outcome it can optimize toward.
Product, pricing and review details were checked September 14, 2026. Reviews reflect different customers and use cases; I have not run a controlled accuracy comparison across these tools.
HelloConversions vs AnyTrack: conversion tracking and revenue analytics
Choose HelloConversions when you need conversion delivery and pipeline/revenue reporting built around your GHL data. You can request reports through Claude using the same connected data. Keep AnyTrack when its configured reports and affiliate, commerce or other connected sources are central to your operation. The case for switching is a better fit for your workflow and cost, not exclusive access to GHL events.
HelloConversions documents leads, invoices, purchases and pipeline activity flowing to advertising platforms. Start with its GoHighLevel integration and the exact events your team uses. Conversions Plus+ starts at $9/month below 500 actual contacts, includes unlimited event volume and advertises a seven-day trial. HelloConversions pricing.
Our webinar is a practical example. A form creates an opportunity in GHL, and a team member manually qualifies it before moving it into the sales process. In HelloConversions, I connect LeadConnector and Meta Ads as sources, add the Meta pixel as a destination, and enable our webinar pipeline. Its Registered stage sends a Lead event to Meta.
For reporting, I create a HelloConversions MCP (Model Context Protocol) key and connect Claude. I can ask for a webinar report and a conversion-tracking check using the connected data. The example shows tracking health, cost per lead, opportunities and traffic by device, with most traffic coming from mobile. If that is the workflow you need, include a report built through Claude in your HelloConversions evaluation alongside the standard GHL dashboards.
A high-traffic site with a small CRM and a mature CRM containing years of contacts have different billing profiles. Compare your actual contact band with AnyTrack's sessions, websites and required features. The $9 entry price is not a flat agency-wide price.

The Acme Fitness figures are demo data. See the published GHL revenue dashboards, including pipeline, traffic and customer reporting.
Both products require implementation. HelloConversions uses its own first-party script alongside GHL data. Dashboard FAQ. Its published offer also includes weekly revenue summaries. Product overview.
Use HelloConversions event logs to examine what a delivery status confirms, and review its enhanced matching approach when checking identifiers. Collection, delivery, identity matching and ad attribution are separate stages; a successful send is not proof that Meta credited a sale.
Stape: GHL events through infrastructure you already manage
Stape is worth evaluating when someone already owns your server-side tagging. Its free HighLevel marketplace app responds to configured opportunity stage/status changes and routes events through server-side Google Tag Manager, Meta Conversions API Gateway or Signals Gateway. It also offers audience-sync methods. An active Stape service is required. Stape installation guide.
The $10/month gateway configuration covers one Meta pixel and ten million monthly events. sGTM Pro covers 500,000 requests for $20/month or $200 annually. These are separate services; the Meta gateway alone does not supply equivalent Google Ads or TikTok delivery. Gateway limits, sGTM plans, gateway scope.
The tradeoff is configuration ownership. Stape can fit an existing tagging operation, but its opportunity trigger should not be assumed to cover every invoice or order event. It is less compelling when the main requirement is ready-made GHL reporting.
Stape showed 3.9/5 from 133 Trustpilot reviews when checked. Feedback includes praise for templates and scaling, and complaints about billing changes. In an August 19, 2026 reply, Stape confirmed that support handles downgrades while disputing a claimed delay. Reviews span its broader product range; check downgrade procedures for your chosen service. Stape reviews.
Tracklution: managed delivery across advertising platforms
Tracklution explicitly sends events through Meta CAPI, Google Ads API and other advertising APIs. Its GHL material describes a tracking pixel and webhook ingestion. It belongs on the shortlist when managed delivery and destination coverage matter more than preserving AnyTrack's existing reporting setup. Tracklution GHL integration.
Free includes Meta and Google Ads connectors. Grow includes broader connectors and an attribution engine, with €0.0008 per event above its allowance. Custom agency plans advertise client management, pooled events and optional white label. The pricing page's cards and feature grid describe Free's offline-event entitlement differently, so obtain clarification before relying on it for CRM outcomes. Tracklution pricing.
A vendor demonstration should include your actual invoice-payment and pipeline-change events, plus a repeated update. A GHL integration page does not establish that every lifecycle event behaves as your business requires.
Tracklution showed 4.6/5 from 27 Trustpilot reviews when checked. A March 6, 2026 reviewer praised setup and dashboard usability; a January 10, 2025 reviewer described an initial learning curve. These experiences support testing usability and onboarding, not a conclusion about GHL tracking accuracy. Tracklution reviews.
LeadJourney: attribution, client reporting and conversion sync
LeadJourney is relevant when you need to explain the customer journey as well as send conversions. Its native GHL OAuth connection supports sub-account selection, attribution written into the CRM, and mappings for appointments, pipeline stages and payments. Listed advertising connections include Meta, Google, LinkedIn and Microsoft. LeadJourney GHL integration.
Its offer combines conversion sync, multiple attribution models and a report builder. The Launch configuration in the table follows marketing spend and limits domains and app integrations. Include planned spend growth in the comparison, particularly when reporting is part of the service your agency sells. LeadJourney pricing.
It may be more than you need for one missing conversion event. Its GHL setup guide also identifies an implementation detail worth testing: embedded forms run inside iframes, and the guide recommends using a thank-you step as the lead signal. Check repeat visits and refreshes before using that signal for bidding. GHL script guide.
LeadSync: lead-form handoff and Meta quality feedback
LeadSync replaces a narrower job: delivering platform lead forms into GHL and returning lead-quality feedback to Meta. Its GHL walkthrough documents OAuth, sub-account selection, field mapping and contact upserts. LeadSync GHL walkthrough.
Above Business, Marketer costs $49/month for ten sources and 50,000 leads. Agency costs $99/month with unlimited sources, seats and leads. All list Meta Lead Quality CAPI. A source means something such as a Facebook Page or Google Ads account, not each form. LeadSync pricing.
Its documented feedback flow sends a CAPI signal when a Facebook lead arrives and another quality signal when a user rates it Good from the notification email. Lead Quality guide.
That fits teams reviewing inquiries directly. It does not establish automatic delivery of paid GHL invoices or every opportunity update. If closed revenue is the required event, a demonstration of that workflow is necessary before treating LeadSync as an AnyTrack replacement.
CustomerLabs: profiles, audiences and broader data operations
CustomerLabs is relevant when the project includes unified profiles, audience segments and data flowing into other systems. Its GHL documentation describes pipeline events, custom-stage mapping and identity resolution, including downstream warehouse use. CustomerLabs GHL integration.
Beyond Growth, Agency Lite starts at $499/month for five accounts and 2.5 million units; Agency Premium is $999/month for ten accounts and five million units. CustomerLabs pricing.
Usage combines collection, delivery, processing and storage. More destinations can consume more units without more website traffic. Overages use started packs of 500,000 units at $27.25 each; first-party domain tracking is listed separately at $29/month. Billing explanation.
Choose it when those wider data operations are necessary and someone owns their definitions. For a few GHL events sent to advertising accounts, the broader scope may add work without improving the decision you need to make.
How should you count a $300 deposit and $700 balance?
For a $1,000 sale, recording collected cash means sending $300 at deposit and $700 when the balance clears. Recording the completed invoice once means sending $1,000 at completion. Mixing the deposit with the full invoice produces $1,300.
This is a hypothetical example of event definitions, not a test result from any product:
| Definition | At deposit | When balance clears | Total recorded |
|---|---|---|---|
| Collected cash | $300 | $700 | $1,000 |
| Completed invoice only | $0 | $1,000 | $1,000 |
| Deposit plus full invoice | $300 | $1,000 | $1,300 |
The first two definitions agree on the final total but send value at different times. A won opportunity can represent a signed contract before any payment; keep that distinction when selecting a purchase event.
AnyTrack documents that a split-pay invoice's final payment produces the full invoice value. If earlier installments are also mapped as purchases, test the combined value against your intended definition. AnyTrack payment behavior. Apply the same reconciliation question to every replacement, including HelloConversions.
How do you migrate without duplicating conversion events?
Give each live conversion one owner, test the replacement against source records and preserve a rollback path. Dashboard agreement alone is insufficient: different attribution models can produce different reports from the same sales.
- Define each event and value. Separate leads, appointments, qualified opportunities, contracts and collected payments. Record the source ID, business timestamp, currency, customer identifiers and destination.
- Run a small test set. Include a new lead, booking, payment, installment, repeated update, failed payment and cancellation. Compare source records, connector logs and destination diagnostics.
- Control duplicate delivery. Use a separate destination or test mode where supported; do not let two implementations send competing live purchases. Verify retry and duplicate handling with the same source record.
- Preserve continuity. Save historical reports, document the switchover date and retain the prior configuration until checks pass. Include support, cancellation and downgrade procedures in the handover.
If GHL conversion tracking and revenue analytics are your priority, compare HelloConversions plans for your actual contact count. Use the revenue definition and test records above to evaluate whether the workflow earns the switch.
Questions about AnyTrack alternatives
Is AnyTrack free for Meta CAPI?
AnyTrack Free tracks and reports conversions but excludes outbound Conversion API delivery. Starter is the first paid CAPI tier. A free reporting account therefore does not replace paid event delivery to Meta. AnyTrack Free documentation.
When should I keep AnyTrack?
Keep AnyTrack when its configured GHL events, reports and connected sources already support your workflow. Its documented integration includes pipeline mappings, so a missing event can be a configuration issue rather than a missing capability. Check the source event and destination mapping before switching. AnyTrack GHL guide.
Is HelloConversions cheaper than AnyTrack?
HelloConversions starts at $9/month below 500 actual GHL contacts; AnyTrack Starter costs $100/month for 100,000 sessions and one website. Those entry configurations are not equivalent billing units. Your contact band, websites, traffic and feature needs determine the relevant comparison. HelloConversions pricing, AnyTrack Starter.
Can native GoHighLevel workflows replace another subscription?
HighLevel's native Facebook CAPI and Google Ads offline-conversion actions may cover your required events without another connector subscription. Facebook supports funnel and CRM triggers with attribution prerequisites; the Google action supports direct workflow uploads. Someone must configure the identifiers, event definitions and values, then verify delivery. Facebook CAPI, Google Ads action.
Will switching from AnyTrack improve ROAS?
Switching from AnyTrack does not by itself establish better return on ad spend. More reported revenue may reflect changed tracking, counting or attribution rather than more sales. Reconcile recorded purchases first; evaluate advertising performance separately against spend and actual business revenue before claiming an improvement.
