6 Hyros alternatives for GoHighLevel: pricing, attribution and revenue tracking

By JJ ReynoldsUpdated

The best Hyros alternatives for GoHighLevel in 2026 are HelloConversions, Cometly, SegMetrics, ClickMagick, RedTrack and Wicked Reports. HelloConversions is our first pick for GHL conversion tracking and revenue analytics. Choose among the others according to the attribution, lead-quality or media-buying work you need to replace.

I’m JJ Reynolds, founder of Vision Labs, a data analytics agency that has worked with brands generating $5 million to billions in annual revenue. Our work across CRMs, analytics tools and ad platforms led me to build HelloConversions to solve a recurring client challenge: getting accurate conversion data into the systems their teams depend on. Here, I compare Hyros alternatives against the attribution and revenue reporting your GoHighLevel team relies on, so you can judge what a replacement would cost and whether switching is worthwhile.

Hyros alternatives compared by attribution, conversion delivery and revenue reporting, with original Hyros and HelloConversions logos.

Which Hyros alternative fits your GoHighLevel workflow?

Start with HelloConversions for GHL conversion tracking and revenue analytics, Cometly for attribution across a broader sales stack, and SegMetrics for lead quality and lifetime value. The other options below suit specific funnel, media-buying and payback questions. Keep Hyros if its reconciled reports already support your budget decisions and the replacement does not solve a specific gap.

Understanding which campaign contributed to a sale and sending that sale back to Meta are separate requirements. Several products address both. Compare the work you need with the pricing limit that could change your choice.

HelloConversions vs Hyros for GoHighLevel

Evaluate HelloConversions when you want to connect GHL leads, pipeline activity and payments to ad-platform conversion delivery, revenue dashboards and reports built in Claude. Keep Hyros when its attribution already answers the marketing questions your team uses it for. Both document GHL integration and Meta conversion delivery.

Public documentation does not establish identical reporting coverage or the complete scope of Hyros' delivery logs. Nor does it establish that HelloConversions reproduces every Hyros report. A paid invoice, a stage change and a refund from your workflow make that comparison concrete.

Hyros' Trustpilot page showed 4.9/5 from 700 reviews on the check date. Recent examples praise onboarding and long-term use in media buying. This informs an evaluation of support, but does not independently prove attribution accuracy or campaign performance. Hyros customer reviews.

What does the price difference look like in practice?

One customer with more than 80,000 GoHighLevel contacts reported paying just under $1,200 a month for Hyros. During onboarding, I estimated HelloConversions at $225–$300 a month and suggested budgeting $300, roughly one quarter of their reported Hyros cost. The $300 figure was an estimate, not a confirmed subscription payment.

For one GHL account with over 80,000 contacts, the customer reported a Hyros bill just under $1,200 per month. JJ estimated a $300 monthly HelloConversions budget. The bars use $1,200 as a rounded reference; the estimate is not a paid invoice.

The workflow behind that estimate shows what to evaluate alongside the price:

HelloConversions for GHL conversion tracking and revenue analytics

HelloConversions is a conversion tracking and revenue analytics platform for GoHighLevel. It connects leads, pipeline activity and payments so teams can understand marketing performance, send configured conversion events to ad platforms, and explore their data through dashboards or Claude. Conversions Plus+ includes pipeline conversions, purchases, revenue reporting, monitoring and unlimited event volume, with a seven-day trial. HelloConversions plans.

In our webinar setup, a registration form creates a GHL opportunity. A team member qualifies it as a sales-qualified lead (SQL), and it moves into the sales pipeline when appropriate. That qualification happens in our CRM workflow; HelloConversions connects the selected pipeline events to Meta.

For the registration event, I connect LeadConnector, the GHL connection, and Meta Ads under Sources. I add our Meta pixel under Destinations, then enable our webinar pipeline under Pipelines. In this setup, the Registered stage sends a Lead event to Meta. This gives us control over which part of the webinar journey becomes an advertising signal.

I also create an MCP (Model Context Protocol) key in HelloConversions and use it to connect Claude. I can then ask Claude to build a webinar report and check conversion tracking. My example brings together tracking health, cost per lead, GHL opportunities and a device breakdown showing that most traffic came from mobile. This lets me build a report around the questions we need to answer about our webinar.

The product uses its own first-party tracking script alongside GHL data. Installation and event definitions still need attention. For agencies, Growth/RevOps starts at $1,000 per month with custom onboarding and additional support; the entry subscription does not establish that service scope. Dashboard FAQ, Growth/RevOps pricing.

Use the trial to trace a payment through the integration, reporting and destination diagnostics. Its enhanced matching feature describes sending customer identifiers with conversions, without guaranteeing every event will be matched or attributed.

Choose another platform if HelloConversions has not demonstrated a connection, historical reconstruction or attribution view you need. We did not establish a comparable independent review sample for HelloConversions; this recommendation rests on documented fit and a workflow evaluation.

Cometly for attribution across a sales stack

Cometly is worth evaluating when marketing needs to compare qualified pipeline with eventual revenue across systems. Its direct HighLevel integration supports contact changes, opportunities, appointments and payments, with mappings and filters. Each GHL sub-account needs its own connection. HighLevel integration.

Setup includes its pixel and event configuration; the guide recommends triggering real test actions before field mapping. Cometly also offers delivery to Meta and Google. For a coach with one funnel, weigh the broader reporting requirements against that configuration. Pixel installation, Conversion API.

There is no current public dollar starting price. Get a quote at expected monthly pageviews and check whether you need Core or Enterprise. Cometly pricing.

G2's seller page showed 4.8/5 from 36 reviews. A review updated August 3, 2026 describes returning after a resolved commercial dispute while asking for clearer negotiation. Get renewal and usage terms in writing; one account's experience does not establish a universal billing problem. G2 profile, individual review.

SegMetrics for lead quality and lifetime value

SegMetrics deserves a close look when a cheaper lead does not necessarily become a more valuable customer. Its Acquisition Report connects channel totals with underlying records and journeys, relevant to webinar, consultation and nurture-funnel analysis. Acquisition Report documentation.

Its GHL integration imports historical contacts and deals, but supports sub-accounts and one CRM or email tool at a time. Historical tag dates reflect when SegMetrics first observed them. The guide says this method cannot track opt-ins from GHL forms embedded outside HighLevel, and warns about duplicating orders if the payment provider is already connected. HighLevel integration.

Conversion Feeder starts at Grow and sends filtered purchase data daily. Immediate delivery of a specific pipeline-stage change needs separate confirmation. Active contacts include email-active contacts, site visitors and contacts associated with active purchases, subscriptions or deals, a different population from saved GHL contacts. Conversion Feeder, plans and active-contact definition.

Capterra showed 4.8/5 from eight reviews. An April 2023 reviewer valued longer-cycle reporting but found the product more extensive than needed; a positive June 2024 review was vendor-referred and incentivized. This small, older sample warrants a current trial. SegMetrics customer reviews.

ClickMagick for funnel and offline-sales tracking

ClickMagick is a candidate when daily work revolves around campaigns and funnels and you want published visitor allowances. Its FAQ includes GoHighLevel compatibility through page tracking code. That alone does not establish synchronization of every CRM update. ClickMagick FAQ.

For a call-based business, compare Standard's $199 monthly configuration: phone/offline sales and advanced attribution models start there. The $79 Starter plan would not cover those requirements. Standard includes 100,000 tracked visitors; additional sites are separately priced. ClickMagick plans.

Follow a lead who buys after speaking to a salesperson, then makes another payment. Establish how those outcomes reach the product and which report answers your sales question.

Trustpilot showed 4.1/5 from 679 reviews, with support praise and disputed negative posts. The company says many posts are fake and it stopped maintaining the profile. We cannot resolve that dispute independently or use the score to rank tracking quality. ClickMagick customer reviews.

RedTrack for media-buying workflow control

RedTrack is a reasonable candidate for an operator managing affiliate offers or media-buying infrastructure. Its GHL guide specifies a custom tracking domain, conversion definitions, campaign setup and a workflow webhook. Those controls suit a buyer who wants to configure the event flow. RedTrack's HighLevel guide.

Builder displays $69 per month and two million tracking events. Confirm whether the displayed rate requires annual billing before treating it as a month-to-month quote. Some automation and faster cost-sync options add charges dependent on ad spend. RedTrack pricing.

For a consultant sending a few paid-invoice events, weigh the setup involved. For someone managing many offers, domains and traffic sources, configuration control may be the reason to choose it.

Its indexed G2 page showed 4.4/5 from 33 reviews. A February 2026 reviewer valued granular click data but reported difficult setup and a cost-sync issue. Use that experience to examine onboarding and cost integrations, without assuming the same issue will affect your account. RedTrack customer reviews.

Wicked Reports for acquisition payback over time

Wicked Reports is worth evaluating when repeat purchases or recurring revenue change what you can afford to spend acquiring a customer. Its reporting supports cohort and lifetime-value analysis and distinguishes actual performance from predicted future results. Keep those measures separate when comparing return on ad spend. Cohort capabilities, attribution reporting.

Its HighLevel integration imports historical leads, then retrieves the previous day's new leads daily. Revenue comes from separately authorized order systems. The guide does not establish immediate passback of every GHL pipeline change. HighLevel integration.

Measure's $499 monthly price applies at the displayed $0–$2.5 million annual-revenue band. Include Meta Advanced Signal CAPI in a lower-plan quote if needed; Maximize includes it. Wicked Reports plans.

G2 showed 4.2/5 from 27 reviews. A visible 2022 review valued long-cycle reporting while noting a learning curve. That older experience does not prove current usability; use a cohort from your own business in the demonstration. Wicked Reports customer reviews.

How should a $300 deposit and $700 balance appear in reporting?

For a $1,000 sale measured as cash collected, the $300 deposit and $700 balance should total $1,000. A fully paid invoice updates that sale's status; its $1,000 face value is not another payment. This hypothetical example defines a reporting requirement and is not a tested result from any product.

Tool comparison
What happensNew cash recordedTotal cash collectedTreatment in this example
Create a $1,000 invoice$0$0An amount owed does not establish payment
Receive the deposit$300$300Record the payment once
Receive the balance$700$1,000Link the second payment to the same sale
Invoice changes to fully paid$0$1,000Update the state without adding cash
Refund $100, if applicable−$100$900 net collectedLink the adjustment to the original payment

Counting a $300 deposit and then the full invoice as another payment produces $1,300. Decide whether a purchase conversion represents each payment or a completed sale, with consistent identifiers and values. Keep opportunity value and collected cash separate; this example does not prescribe accounting revenue recognition or subtract processing fees.

How do you switch without breaking conversion tracking?

Keep the existing setup available until the replacement reconciles representative GHL journeys with your payment source and destination diagnostics. Define the comparison before enabling delivery, so duplicate events or different attribution settings do not mislead you.

  1. Define each outcome: qualified lead, booked call, successful payment or completed sale. Record its expected amount, currency, timestamp and source identifier.
  2. Run a lead, appointment, successful payment, failed payment, installment and refund through the setup. If GHL and Stripe describe the same payment, count it once. Establish how refunds reach reporting and advertising destinations; Google supports restatements and retractions, but vendor implementation varies. Google conversion adjustments.
  3. Inspect the source record, outgoing payload, failures and destination response. Sent does not prove matched, attributed or used for bidding. Event Match Quality is not a percentage of individual customers successfully matched. Meta EMQ explanation.
  4. Assign one sending owner per production event and destination. Coordinate intentional overlap and deduplication. Compare reports using the same attribution model, window, time zone and revenue definition through a relevant sales cycle.
  5. Export required history, establish what can be backfilled and document the prior configuration before canceling Hyros. Approve the change against workflow results, not a dashboard screenshot alone.

For GHL conversion tracking and revenue analytics, review HelloConversions plans and start with your contact band. Bring a paid-invoice journey and the report you use to decide where to spend, so the evaluation has a concrete sale and decision to reproduce.

Questions buyers ask about Hyros alternatives

Is HelloConversions cheaper than Hyros?

HelloConversions has a lower advertised entry price, but the units differ: it starts at $9 per month below 500 actual GHL contacts; Hyros advertises $69 through $5,000 tracked monthly revenue. Your contact band, revenue tier and service requirements determine the comparison. HelloConversions pricing, Hyros pricing.

Can native GoHighLevel workflows handle conversion delivery?

Yes, for documented events and configurations. HighLevel's Facebook CAPI action supports funnel events and CRM-triggered lead events when required Facebook attribution data exists. Its Google Ads action requires captured click identifiers and an existing, correctly named conversion action. HighLevel Facebook CAPI, Google Ads workflow action.

Native workflows may suffice when those events cover the job and someone owns setup and diagnostics. Evaluate broader tools when you also need attribution analysis, consolidated reporting or a specific support workflow.

Can historical attribution move to a replacement?

Do not assume all history transfers. SegMetrics documents historical GHL contacts and deals with limits on tag dates; Wicked Reports imports historical leads. Establish what the replacement can reconstruct and what reports you must retain. SegMetrics historical imports, Wicked Reports imports.

Why can two attribution reports show different totals?

Models can assign credit differently to the same purchases. SegMetrics' Full Funnel model can credit multiple channels, so adding channel conversions can exceed unique purchases. Align model and reporting definitions before treating a difference as a tracking failure. SegMetrics attribution documentation.

What about AnyTrack, Triple Whale, Northbeam and Rockerbox?

Consider them when your requirements extend beyond this six-tool GHL shortlist. Our AnyTrack alternatives comparison separates attribution and reporting from narrower conversion-delivery replacements. For commerce or broader measurement requirements, inspect Triple Whale's commerce measurement platform, Northbeam's attribution, incrementality and media-mix tools and Rockerbox's attribution, modeling and testing.
