Tracklution vs HelloConversions for GoHighLevel

Tracklution sells managed server-side tracking by the event, and its GoHighLevel page covers a pixel and a webhook without naming a GHL event. Pick HelloConversions for a GHL pipeline instead: you choose the stages it sends, and it captures GHL payments for revenue reporting.

Short answer

Should a GHL seller pay Tracklution per event or HelloConversions per contact?

Tracklution bills by monthly events, and its GoHighLevel page names its pixel and a webhook but no GHL stage or payment. When your sales run through GHL, go with HelloConversions. You pay by GHL contact band. GHL payments are captured for revenue reporting, and the stages you pick go out to Meta, Google Ads and TikTok. Tracklution fits better for LinkedIn or Microsoft Ads, or sites outside GHL.

What each row measures
What the bill scales with
The usage measure the vendor's published pricing grows with, such as CRM contacts, tracked revenue, sessions, pageviews, visitors, events or ad spend.
Lowest published paid plan
The monthly price of the cheapest published paid plan that a GoHighLevel lead-gen or service business would buy, on the check date, with its billing term. When the vendor has separate ladders (ecom and lead gen, say), it is the lead-gen ladder. Free plans are covered by the trial row.
Free trial or free plan
Whether someone can try the product without paying: a time-limited free trial or a permanent free plan, as published. Performance offers, refund terms and paid pilots are not trials.
GoHighLevel connection
How the product receives data from GoHighLevel (contacts, opportunities, payments): a documented native integration (app or OAuth), webhooks sent from GHL workflows, or a tracking script on pages only. Writing data into GHL is not receiving it.
Sends GHL stage changes
Whether a chosen GoHighLevel opportunity stage change (for example Booked or Qualified) can be sent to an ad platform as a conversion, and what has to be built per stage.
Reads GHL payments
Whether payments recorded in GoHighLevel (orders, invoices, transactions) reach the product as revenue, so a deposit and a later balance are both counted.
Meta Conversions API
Whether the product sends conversions to Meta server-side through the Conversions API, and on which plan.
Google Ads offline conversions
Whether CRM conversions are sent to Google Ads as offline click conversions or enhanced conversions for leads.
TikTok Events API
Whether conversions are sent to TikTok server-side, whether the vendor calls it the Events API or server events to the TikTok pixel. Browser-only pixel events do not count.
Per-event delivery log
Whether you can inspect each event the product sent to an ad platform: the payload, the destination and the platform's response or error (an outbound log). A log of the events the product received is an inbound log and answers a different question.

Six steps of a GHL sale, as each vendor writes them up

Picture one buyer: an opt-in, a booked call, then a qualified stage. Payment comes in two parts, $300 and then $700, and $100 is refunded later. Each cell says only what that vendor documents.
  1. A lead comes in through a GHL form

With HelloConversionsHelloConversions picks up the submission, and Meta, Google Ads and TikTok can each receive it as a Lead event. The GHL contact's details go along, hashed with SHA-256.

With TracklutionIts GoHighLevel page says to install the Tracklution pixel like any other, then choose which events each ad platform gets. Its Meta connector sends both a pixel and a Conversions API event, which Meta dedupes by event_id.

  2. The lead picks a call time

With HelloConversionsOnce the opportunity reaches your Booked stage, that change is sent, provided Booked is one of your chosen stages. You set up neither a GHL workflow nor a webhook for it.

With TracklutionTracklution's CRM guide uses a webhook fired on a deal stage change, from the CRM's automation or from Zapier. GHL isn't among its examples, which are HubSpot and Zoho.

  3. They're qualified on the call

With HelloConversionsFor Qualified, the documented mappings are qualified_lead in Meta, an offline conversion in Google Ads and Contact in TikTok.

With TracklutionThe guide's example webhook names this event QualifiedLead. Its Google Ads connector sends click imports when a GCLID exists, and enhanced data when one doesn't. TikTok delivery starts on the Grow plan.

  4. $300 goes down as a deposit

With HelloConversionsAs a GHL payment, the $300 is captured for revenue reporting. Purchase events can go to Meta, Google Ads and TikTok. How a deposit is valued there isn't documented.

With TracklutionIts GoHighLevel page names no GHL payment, invoice or order. Its webhook doc lets a Purchase carry a value and currency to its connectors. How a deposit is valued there isn't documented.

  5. $700 more closes out the sale

With HelloConversionsHelloConversions captures this second payment, and its paid invoice, for revenue reporting. Purchase events can go to Meta, Google Ads and TikTok. How a balance is valued there isn't documented.

With TracklutionIts event guide sums partial purchases made in one session into a single Purchase for its connectors. It doesn't cover a balance paid in a later session. How a balance is valued there isn't documented.

  6. A $100 refund follows

With HelloConversionsFor revenue reporting, HelloConversions captures the invoice's refunded event. Purchase events can go to Meta, Google Ads and TikTok. How a partial refund is valued there isn't documented.

With TracklutionIts GoHighLevel page doesn't say how a GHL refund reaches its connectors. How a partial refund is valued there isn't documented.

How the two handle a GHL pipeline, and where Tracklution leads

  1. Where HelloConversions is ahead

Named GHL stages, or a generic CRM webhook

The setup on Tracklution's GoHighLevel page is its pixel or a webhook, followed by choosing events. It names no GHL stage, payment or sub-account, and its integrations page shows GoHighLevel as a logo with no guide. HelloConversions links GHL through one-click OAuth. You choose which pipeline stages go out, and there's no GHL workflow or webhook to build. Tracklution's CRM guide sends a stage change by webhook, using HubSpot and Zoho as examples. Ask Tracklution to show one real GHL sale before you decide.

  2. Where HelloConversions is ahead

Your GHL payments, set against ad spend

Purchases, payments, subscriptions and invoices recorded in GHL are captured by HelloConversions for revenue reporting. Its Marketing Efficiency dashboard works out MER and cost per lead from total sales and your Meta and Google spend. Tracklution's GoHighLevel page names no GHL payments, invoices or orders. Its attribution doc labels each conversion by last or first paid click and doesn't mention ad spend.

  3. Where HelloConversions is ahead

Event volume stays off the bill

Tracklution bills by monthly events. Free covers 5,000, and Grow is 39.20 € a month, billed annually, for 50,000, with extra events at 0.0008 € each. Its page shows euros by default, and its calculator can switch to pounds or US dollars. HelloConversions' price follows your GHL contact band, so sending more events or conversions leaves it where it is. Run your own numbers through both.

  4. Per-event delivery checks, on both sides

Tracklution's dashboard opens each event's pixel fire, API request and API response, and labels it Success, Connector error or Not delivered. The HelloConversions event log records where each event went, its type and parameters, and the response status. In that log, "Matched" confirms the platform accepted it and says nothing about whether a person was matched.

  5. Where Tracklution is ahead

More ad platforms, sites beyond GHL and a free plan

Tracklution's GoHighLevel page says it can feed data back to Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn and Bing (Microsoft Ads). Its integrations list adds Pinterest and Reddit, plus Shopify, WooCommerce and WordPress sites. A free plan covers 5,000 events a month on Meta and Google Ads. HelloConversions covers Meta, Google Ads and TikTok, for GoHighLevel accounts only. That reach counts for an advertiser who also buys LinkedIn or Microsoft Ads, or sells from a store outside GHL. The free plan suits a small account testing server-side events before it pays.

A fair look

Tracklution's model: one pixel, many connectors, billed by events

Tracklution is a managed server-side tracking service. You add its pixel or send it events by webhook, and it passes conversions to ad platforms through their APIs. Its homepage pitches it to agencies, freelancers and in-house teams, from ecommerce to lead generation and SaaS.

Its connector list is long. The integrations page covers Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, Microsoft Ads, Snapchat, Pinterest and Reddit. Site builders such as Shopify, WooCommerce and WordPress are on it too. Each event's row in its dashboard names the connectors it went to and whether delivery worked.

Its Free plan covers 5,000 events a month with the Meta and Google Ads connectors. Grow adds every connector, and its 14-day trial asks for no credit card. Enterprise lists SOC2, ISO27001 and a custom data location. That suits an advertiser on several platforms, or a team that must keep data in one region. For a server-side hosting route, see how Stape compares.

How each bill is built: monthly events or GHL contacts

As of October 2026, Tracklution's pricing page loads in euros, and its calculator can also show pounds or US dollars. In euros, Free is 0 € a month for 5,000 events, one website, and the Meta and Google Ads connectors. Grow is 39.20 € a month, billed annually, for 50,000 events and every connector.

Enterprise and Agency are custom priced. The page also lists an installation service under extras, with no price shown.

On the HelloConversions side, the price is in dollars and depends on your GHL contact count. Event volume, conversions and ad spend play no part in it. Its card below opens with the first band. Published bands stop at 80,000 contacts on the pricing page, and an account past 100,000 gets a quote.

We haven't converted any currency or estimated a bill for either tool. Set your monthly event count beside your GHL contact count, then get both prices for the same account.

Replacing Tracklution for GHL events, connector by connector

  1. Keep the pixel live and authorize GHL

Leave Tracklution's pixel and connectors running. Connect GHL to HelloConversions alongside it and choose your stages. Skip any event Tracklution sends today.

  2. Have each vendor show you one GHL sale

Wait for a deal that is booked, qualified and paid in two parts after you connect. HelloConversions doesn't re-send past conversions, so only a deal that moves after you connect appears in its log. Ask Tracklution which of its events reached each connector, then follow the same deal through the HelloConversions log and revenue reports.

  3. Clear the old sender off each pixel

Tracklution's Meta guide says to remove other tags or integrations that send to the same pixel. Apply that when you switch: turn an event off in Tracklution, or remove its webhook, before HelloConversions sends it. Otherwise Meta may see the same purchase twice.

  4. Keep the connectors HelloConversions doesn't cover

With that deal matching in both tools, hand the rest of your GHL events to HelloConversions. If you still advertise on LinkedIn or Microsoft Ads, Tracklution can keep sending to them. Those connectors need Grow or above, so check your plan before you downgrade.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a GoHighLevel setup guide in Tracklution's docs?

Not one that names GoHighLevel. The Data Sources section of its docs has guides for Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Stripe and Calendly, plus CRMs in general. Its GoHighLevel page is a product page: add the pixel or a webhook, then choose events. Ask Tracklution to demo one of your own GHL sales.

Which currency does Tracklution's pricing page use?

Euros by default, and its calculator can also show pounds or US dollars. As of October 2026, Free is 0 € a month for 5,000 events. Grow is 39.20 € a month, billed annually, for 50,000, and extra Grow events cost 0.0008 € each. HelloConversions lists dollar prices for each GHL contact band.

Which ad platforms come with Tracklution's Free plan?

Meta and Google Ads. TikTok, LinkedIn and every other connector need Grow or above, which can be trialled for 14 days without a card.

Can Tracklution send conversions to LinkedIn or Microsoft Ads?

Yes. Its GoHighLevel page lists OAuth connectors for Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, Adform and Campaign Manager 360. HelloConversions doesn't document LinkedIn or Microsoft Ads as destinations, so Tracklution is the tool for those platforms.

Will Tracklution and HelloConversions double-count a Meta purchase?

Only if both send it. Tracklution's Meta connector pairs a pixel event with a Conversions API event that Meta dedupes by event_id. Its guide says other senders to that pixel should be removed. So let one tool send each purchase.
