Short answer

Can LeadSync tell Meta when a GoHighLevel lead books or buys?

Not from GHL, as documented. Its help center has someone rate leads in LeadSync, and Booked or won sends Meta the same Converted signal as a sale. LeadSync delivers lead-form leads into GoHighLevel within seconds, and its Conversions API is Meta only. When your sales run through GHL, HelloConversions is the better pick: your chosen stages reach Meta, Google Ads and TikTok. Keep LeadSync for getting leads in.

What each row measures
GoHighLevel connection
How the product receives data from GoHighLevel (contacts, opportunities, payments): a documented native integration (app or OAuth), webhooks sent from GHL workflows, or a tracking script on pages only. Writing data into GHL is not receiving it.
Sends GHL stage changes
Whether a chosen GoHighLevel opportunity stage change (for example Booked or Qualified) can be sent to an ad platform as a conversion, and what has to be built per stage.
Reads GHL payments
Whether payments recorded in GoHighLevel (orders, invoices, transactions) reach the product as revenue, so a deposit and a later balance are both counted.
Meta Conversions API
Whether the product sends conversions to Meta server-side through the Conversions API, and on which plan.
Google Ads offline conversions
Whether CRM conversions are sent to Google Ads as offline click conversions or enhanced conversions for leads.
TikTok Events API
Whether conversions are sent to TikTok server-side, whether the vendor calls it the Events API or server events to the TikTok pixel. Browser-only pixel events do not count.
Revenue against ad spend
Whether the product reports collected revenue next to ad spend from its own data, and at which level: the account total, campaign, ad (ad set and ad) or creative.
Many sub-accounts, one login
Whether an agency can manage several GoHighLevel sub-accounts (locations) from one account of the product, as the vendor documents it for GoHighLevel. A generic multi-client or agency account that is not documented for GHL does not count: leave the criterion out.
What the bill scales with
The usage measure the vendor's published pricing grows with, such as CRM contacts, tracked revenue, sessions, pageviews, visitors, events or ad spend.
Lowest published paid plan
The monthly price of the cheapest published paid plan that a GoHighLevel lead-gen or service business would buy, on the check date, with its billing term. When the vendor has separate ladders (ecom and lead gen, say), it is the lead-gen ladder. Free plans are covered by the trial row.

Where LeadSync hands off on one lead ad sale

This lead starts in a Facebook lead form, books a call, qualifies and buys for $1,000. They pay $300 down, then $700, and $100 is refunded after that. Past delivery, LeadSync's column depends on marks someone sets in LeadSync, since it documents no GHL events coming back. Both columns keep to what each vendor publishes.
  1. A Facebook lead form is submitted

With HelloConversionsThe form is hosted by Facebook, so getting the lead into GHL is LeadSync's part. If your tag workflow then opens an opportunity, HelloConversions can send that pipeline entry as a Lead event, with hashed contact details.

With LeadSyncLeadSync creates or updates the contact in your chosen GHL sub-account within seconds, with mapped fields and tags. With Lead Quality on, it also sends Meta a hashed lead event with the lead ID matched to the ad.

  2. They book a call on your GHL calendar

With HelloConversionsBooked goes out as a stage event the moment the opportunity lands in it, if you picked that stage. It's a different signal from the sale that comes later.

With LeadSyncIf someone marks the lead Booked or won on LeadSync's lead page, Meta gets a Converted signal. LeadSync documents no route from a GHL booking or stage change.

  3. The call goes well and they're qualified

With HelloConversionsThe move to Qualified is sent as it happens, for example as qualified_lead in Meta. It comes from the stage your rep already set in GHL.

With LeadSyncSomeone rates the lead Good from its LeadSync email, then marks it Qualified on the confirmation page. That rating reaches Meta. The GHL stage itself isn't documented as a trigger.

  4. They put down a $300 deposit

With HelloConversionsThe deposit is captured as a GHL payment for revenue reporting. Purchase events can go to Meta, Google Ads and TikTok. How a deposit is valued there isn't documented.

With LeadSyncLeadSync documents no reading of GHL payments, so the deposit has no documented path into it.

  5. They clear the remaining $700

With HelloConversionsThe $700 is captured as a second GHL payment on the sale, for revenue reporting. Purchase events can go to Meta, Google Ads and TikTok. How a balance is valued there isn't documented.

With LeadSyncAs with the deposit, LeadSync's GHL page covers leads going in, not payments.

  6. $100 of the sale is refunded

With HelloConversionsGHL's refunded invoice event is captured for revenue reporting. Purchase events can go to Meta, Google Ads and TikTok. How a partial refund is valued there isn't documented.

With LeadSyncNo GHL refund route is documented for LeadSync.

Filling GHL vs sending from it: the differences

  1. Where HelloConversions is ahead

What each tool asks GHL for

Both tools connect to GHL by OAuth. LeadSync's GHL help article lists the access it asks for: read and write contacts, plus read locations and custom fields. That covers writing each new lead in as a tagged contact, and its docs describe nothing sent from GHL to an ad platform. HelloConversions uses its connection to pick up the stage changes you chose and to capture GHL payments and invoices for revenue reporting.

  2. Where HelloConversions is ahead

A booked call Meta can tell apart from a sale

After the arrival event, LeadSync's Meta signals come from marks someone gives in LeadSync. Its lead page has one mark, Booked or won, and it sends Meta the same Converted signal a customer gets. So a booked call and a sale reach Meta as one kind of signal. HelloConversions sends the GHL stage you chose, such as Booked or Qualified, as the opportunity moves. Purchases go out as their own events.

  3. Where HelloConversions is ahead

Signals for Google Ads and TikTok, not Meta alone

LeadSync's help center says its Conversions API integration and lead scoring are currently Meta only. HelloConversions sends the stages your reps set in GHL to Meta's Conversions API, Google Ads and TikTok's Events API. Google Ads gets offline conversions matched by GCLID, the Google click ID, plus enhanced conversions. How Google or TikTok would match a lead that began in their own lead form isn't documented.

  4. Where HelloConversions is ahead

Revenue reports built from GHL payments

LeadSync's GHL page documents no reading of payments, invoices or orders. Its Compare Plans table lists no revenue or ad spend reporting on any plan. HelloConversions captures GHL payments and invoices for revenue reporting. Open the Marketing Efficiency dashboard and you see total sales, Meta and Google ad spend, MER and cost per lead together.

  5. Where LeadSync is ahead

Lead-form leads in GHL within seconds

Lead-form leads from Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, LinkedIn and TikTok reach your chosen sub-account within seconds. LeadSync's own GHL page notes that GoHighLevel has a native Facebook lead form connection, set up per sub-account. LeadSync adds the other platforms and routes any Facebook page to any sub-account. HelloConversions documents no lead-form delivery, so LeadSync fits an account with lead ads on several platforms or sub-accounts.

A fair look

LeadSync on a GHL account: fast delivery and Meta ratings

LeadSync connects your lead-form ad accounts to GoHighLevel. It takes leads from Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, LinkedIn and TikTok lead forms. Each one becomes a contact in your chosen sub-account within seconds, with your mapped fields filled in. A repeat submission updates the contact instead of creating a duplicate.

Tags carry the lead into your GHL automation. A tag on the new contact can trigger a workflow, and that workflow can open an opportunity in your pipeline. Agencies set up one LeadSync connection per sub-account, then send each Facebook page or form to the right client.

For Facebook and Instagram leads, LeadSync adds a quality signal for Meta. You turn Lead Quality on per pixel, through a Meta Business Manager connection or by entering a pixel ID and access token. Then a hashed lead event goes out as each lead arrives, carrying the lead ID matched to the ad. Rate a lead Good, then Qualified, then Converted, and each rating goes to Meta as well. OK and Poor ratings stay inside LeadSync, and the help center says the feature is currently Meta only.

LeadSync pitches its plans at three buyers. Business is for a company running its own ads, Marketer for lead gen across brands or locations, and Agency for client work. LeadSync is a delivery tool first, and a GHL account can run it beside HelloConversions. For the other lead-sync tool on this site, read how LeadsBridge compares.

LeadSync's delivery plans, and how HelloConversions is priced

As of October 22, 2026, LeadSync publishes three plans. Business is $24 a month billed monthly, or $249 a year, for 2 lead sources, 1 team seat and 1,500 leads a month. Marketer is $49 a month with 10 sources, 5 seats and 50,000 leads. Agency is $99 a month, with unlimited sources, seats and leads.

A lead source is one Facebook Page, Google Ads account, LinkedIn Page or TikTok ad account. So the LeadSync bill moves with the pages and ad accounts you pull leads from, your team seats, and how many leads arrive. Every plan lists Lead Quality for Meta, and the 7-day trial asks for no credit card.

HelloConversions bills by the contacts in your GHL account, and the card below shows its first band. Its published bands go up to 80,000 contacts, with a quote above 100,000. Events and conversions don't change the price.

These aren't rival bills. LeadSync's pays for delivery and HelloConversions' for sending outcomes, so a GHL account running lead ads may pay both. Size LeadSync by your sources, seats and leads, and HelloConversions by your contact count.

Setting up both tools without doubling Meta's lead events

  1. Note what LeadSync already sends Meta

Open LeadSync's Lead Quality settings and note which pixels are switched on. Those pixels already get a lead event for each Facebook or Instagram lead, plus any ratings your team gives. Then authorize your GHL sub-account in HelloConversions. It takes about 90 seconds to connect, and picking and testing stages takes longer.

  2. Give Meta's lead event one sender

With Lead Quality switched on for a pixel, LeadSync sends Meta a hashed lead event as each Facebook or Instagram lead arrives. If HelloConversions also sends a Lead event when those leads enter your pipeline, one person could count as two leads. Its documented deduplication covers your Meta and TikTok pixel events, not LeadSync. Choose one tool for the lead event and leave it off in the other. LeadSync's carries Meta's lead ID, and HelloConversions' can also go to Google Ads and TikTok.

  3. Choose where Qualified and Converted come from

If your team rates leads Qualified or Converted in LeadSync, Meta already hears about those steps. Sending your GHL Qualified stage too would give Meta two signals for one step. Pick one source. The GHL stage can also reach Google Ads and TikTok, while the LeadSync rating carries Meta's lead ID.

  4. Check a week of lead ad leads in the log

Take the lead ad leads from one week that went on to book or pay. Find their stages and purchases in the HelloConversions event log, and confirm the lead event you kept comes from one tool only. In the HelloConversions log, Matched means Meta accepted the event. It doesn't prove Meta matched the person or credited the sale.

Frequently asked questions

Will a stage change in GHL update LeadSync's lead ratings?

Not as documented. Someone sets each rating in LeadSync: Good from the lead email, then Qualified and Converted, or Booked or won on its lead page. Its GoHighLevel page covers leads going into GHL, not changes coming back. HelloConversions sends the GHL stages you choose as each opportunity moves.

LeadSync takes in Google and TikTok leads. Does it report back to those platforms?

Not today, by its own help center. LeadSync delivers Google Ads, LinkedIn and TikTok lead-form leads into GHL, but its Conversions API and lead scoring are currently Meta only. HelloConversions sends GHL stages and purchases to Google Ads and TikTok. It doesn't document how either platform matches a lead from its own lead form, so test one before you rely on it.

Should LeadSync or HelloConversions send the Meta lead event?

LeadSync, if it already delivers your Meta lead ads. With Lead Quality on, it sends Meta a hashed lead event as each lead arrives, tied to the ad by lead ID. Use HelloConversions for the stages after that and for purchases. Its documented deduplication covers Meta and TikTok pixel events, not events from LeadSync.

Does any LeadSync plan report revenue against ad spend?

None lists it. LeadSync's Compare Plans table covers lead platforms, limits, notifications, autoresponders, integrations, Lead Quality and support, with no revenue or ad spend reporting. HelloConversions captures GHL payments and invoices for revenue reporting and puts total sales next to your Meta and Google ad spend.

What does LeadSync's $24 Business plan include?

Two lead sources, one team seat and 1,500 leads a month, as of October 22, 2026. That's billed monthly, or $249 a year. Each source is a single Facebook Page, Google Ads account, LinkedIn Page or TikTok ad account. Lead Quality for Meta is listed on Business, Marketer and Agency alike.

Can one LeadSync account feed several GHL sub-accounts?

Yes, with one connection per sub-account. From one LeadSync account, you route each Facebook page or form to the right client. HelloConversions also connects each sub-account on its own, with its own dashboards, and you switch between them from one login.
