Short answer

Does Wicked Reports pull sales from GoHighLevel, or only leads?

Leads. Wicked Reports' HighLevel integration imports leads, and sales come from order systems you connect, such as Stripe or Shopify. Its Meta sales events cover listed carts, not HighLevel, though a developer could use its API, listed on Scale and up. If you sell through GHL, choose HelloConversions. It captures GHL payments for revenue reporting and sends chosen stages as they change. Repeat-buyer stores may prefer Wicked's LTV reports.

What each row measures
What the bill scales with
The usage measure the vendor's published pricing grows with, such as CRM contacts, tracked revenue, sessions, pageviews, visitors, events or ad spend.
Lowest published paid plan
The monthly price of the cheapest published paid plan that a GoHighLevel lead-gen or service business would buy, on the check date, with its billing term. When the vendor has separate ladders (ecom and lead gen, say), it is the lead-gen ladder. Free plans are covered by the trial row.
Free trial or free plan
Whether someone can try the product without paying: a time-limited free trial or a permanent free plan, as published. Performance offers, refund terms and paid pilots are not trials.
GoHighLevel connection
How the product receives data from GoHighLevel (contacts, opportunities, payments): a documented native integration (app or OAuth), webhooks sent from GHL workflows, or a tracking script on pages only. Writing data into GHL is not receiving it.
Reads GHL payments
Whether payments recorded in GoHighLevel (orders, invoices, transactions) reach the product as revenue, so a deposit and a later balance are both counted.
Meta Conversions API
Whether the product sends conversions to Meta server-side through the Conversions API, and on which plan.
Dedupes with the browser pixel
Whether the product documents deduplication between its server events and the same events from a browser pixel (shared event ids), so one sale is not counted twice.
Per-event delivery log
Whether you can inspect each event the product sent to an ad platform: the payload, the destination and the platform's response or error (an outbound log). A log of the events the product received is an inbound log and answers a different question.
Choice of attribution model
Whether reports can credit sales to campaigns under more than one documented model (for example first click, last click, linear).
Revenue against ad spend
Whether the product reports collected revenue next to ad spend from its own data, and at which level: the account total, campaign, ad (ad set and ad) or creative.

A GHL deal paid in two parts, traced through both tools

Follow one GHL deal from opt-in to booked call to Qualified. The buyer then pays $300 down and the $700 balance, and you refund $100. For Wicked, each payment raises one question: which order system recorded it? Each row sticks to what the vendor documents.
  1. The lead opts in on a GHL form

With HelloConversionsHelloConversions picks up the GHL form submission itself. As a Lead event, it can reach Meta, Google Ads and TikTok. Hashed copies of the contact's email, phone, name, city and state ride along.

With WickedWicked's HighLevel import pulls the previous day's new leads at about 2am EST. Separately, its Leads CAPI sends the leads it captures to Meta every 10 minutes. Lead opt-ins with a GCLID can go to Google Ads in its daily upload.

  2. A discovery call is booked

With HelloConversionsMoving the opportunity to Booked sends that stage, as long as you chose it. There's no GHL workflow or webhook to build.

With WickedWicked can log a booked call as a custom conversion, pushed in by Zapier, HTTP Post, CSV or its API, on Maximize and up. Its guides don't say a booked call reaches Meta or Google Ads.

  3. The deal is marked Qualified

With HelloConversionsOnce the rep puts the deal in Qualified, that stage is sent. It can land in Meta as qualified_lead, in TikTok as Contact, and in Google Ads as an offline conversion.

With WickedCustom conversions cover non-purchase steps like this one, pushed in the same way. Wicked's Meta sales guide lists Purchase, Lead or a supported custom event, and names no pipeline stage.

  4. $300 is paid as a deposit

With HelloConversionsThe payment is captured from GHL for revenue reporting. Purchase events can go to Meta, Google Ads and TikTok. How a deposit is valued there isn't documented.

With WickedWicked's revenue comes from an order system you connect, such as Stripe, not from its HighLevel import. Its Meta sales events cover Shopify, Keap, PayPal and other listed carts, or its API, an option from Scale up. How a deposit is valued there isn't documented.

  5. They pay off the $700

With HelloConversionsGHL marks the invoice paid, and that event is captured for revenue reporting. Purchase events can go to Meta, Google Ads and TikTok. How a balance is valued there isn't documented.

With WickedPaid through a connected order system, the balance is pulled like any other order. From a cart on Wicked's Sales CAPI list, it goes to Meta with its order value. Stripe and HighLevel aren't on that list. How a deposit and a balance on one deal are handled isn't documented.

  6. $100 of it is refunded

With HelloConversionsHelloConversions captures GHL's refund event on the invoice, for revenue reporting. Purchase events can go to Meta, Google Ads and TikTok. How a partial refund is valued there isn't documented.

With WickedOrders sent to Wicked's API can be marked as refunds with an IsRefund field, and its pricing page lists API integrations from Scale up. Its Meta sales guide doesn't mention refunds. How a partial refund is valued there isn't documented.

Wicked Reports and HelloConversions, difference by difference

  1. Where HelloConversions is ahead

GHL payments without a second order system

Wicked's HighLevel integration brings in leads. Its HighLevel guide says sales and revenue arrive once you authorize your order systems, and its integrations page names Stripe and Shopify among them. HelloConversions captures GHL purchases, payments, subscriptions and invoices, paid and refunded, for revenue reporting. Its Marketing Efficiency dashboard sets that revenue against Meta and Google ad spend. If your GHL payments run through Stripe, ask Wicked to show one reaching its reports.

  2. Where HelloConversions is ahead

Purchases from GHL on their way to Meta

HighLevel is on Wicked's Leads CAPI list, and those leads go to Meta every 10 minutes. Sales follow a different list. Wicked says its Sales CAPI is currently only available for Shopify, WooCommerce, ThriveCart, Magento 2, Keap, PayPal, ClickFunnels 2.0 or its API. HighLevel and Stripe aren't on it. A developer could send GHL sales through the API, which Wicked's pricing page lists from the Scale plan up. HelloConversions maps GHL events, purchases included, to Meta's Conversions API.

  3. Where HelloConversions is ahead

Stage changes, sent when the deal moves

Wicked's Meta and Google guides name lead opt-ins and attributed sales, and neither says a pipeline stage can be sent. On Maximize and up, Wicked can log a booked call as a custom conversion for its reports. Its Google offline conversions go once a day, starting the day after you save the setup. With HelloConversions, Booked, Qualified or any stage you choose is sent as the opportunity moves. It can go to Meta, Google Ads and TikTok. If stage events matter to you, ask Wicked whether a GHL stage can be sent.

  4. Where HelloConversions is ahead

A free trial, and a bill that follows contacts

As of October 2026, Wicked's Measure plan is $499 a month in its lowest band, $0 to $2.5M of annual revenue. The bill tracks your last 12 months of gross revenue, and its pricing page lists no free trial. HelloConversions prices by GHL contact band, and it has a free trial. Revenue and contacts measure different things, so run your own numbers on each.

  5. Where Wicked is ahead

Telling Meta which buyers are new

Wicked's Advanced Signal sends Meta separate purchase events for new and repeat customers, Purchase_NC and Purchase_RC. Campaigns can then optimize toward new buyers. It costs +$199 a month on Measure and Scale, and comes with Maximize and Enterprise. It uses the same cart list as Wicked's Sales CAPI, which leaves out HighLevel and Stripe. The other way in is its API, and API integrations start on Scale. HelloConversions documents no new-customer or repeat-customer event for Meta. For a store whose growth depends on first orders, that signal is Wicked's clear lead.

A fair look

What Wicked Reports measures: orders, cohorts and repeat buyers

Wicked Reports is click-based attribution software. It credits each order to the click that led to it and sorts new customers from repeat ones. Its integrations page lists Shopify, Stripe, BigCommerce and Amazon among the systems it pulls revenue from. Enterprise is pitched at $50M+ brands.

For GoHighLevel, you paste a sub-account's Private Integration Token and Location ID into Wicked. An agency-level token won't work. On connect, Wicked pulls all your historical leads from HighLevel. After that, it picks up the previous day's new leads each morning at about 2am EST. Sales and revenue arrive once you authorize your order systems.

The reports are the draw. Every plan includes cohort and lifetime-value reports with lifetime lookback. The Attribution Report breaks spend, attributed revenue and ROAS down to the campaign, ad set and ad. You can read it under First Click, Last Click, U-Shaped or Linear. That suits an ecommerce brand with repeat buyers and a media buyer who works ad by ad. For another attribution suite set against a GHL account, see our Hyros comparison.

Wicked Reports pricing, set by your annual revenue

As of October 2026, Wicked's pricing page shows three plans for the $0 to $2.5M annual revenue band. Measure is $499 a month, Scale $699 and Maximize $999. Enterprise starts at $4,999 and is aimed at $50M+ brands. Higher revenue bands cost more and sit behind the page's slider.

Your band comes from your last 12 months of gross revenue. Cross into a new band, and the price changes at your next renewal. The page shows monthly prices and states no billing term. Advanced Signal and the 5 Forces AI add-on are +$199 a month each on Measure and Scale.

No free trial or free plan is listed. Wicked's site describes a performance-based offer in its place. Ask for the written terms before you count on it.

On the HelloConversions side, the number to know is your GHL contact count. Sending more events, or spending more on ads, doesn't move the price. The card below shows its lowest band. Bands on its price list go up to 80,000 contacts. Above 100,000, you get a quote.

Bringing your GHL events over from Wicked Reports

  1. Connect GHL while Wicked keeps its token

Connect HelloConversions by OAuth to the sub-account whose token Wicked already holds, then choose your stages. Wicked's token stays where it is. Hold back any event Wicked already sends to Meta or Google Ads.

  2. Compare Wicked's upload history with one real deal

Take a recent deal that closed with a deposit and a balance. Wicked's Conversion Upload History shows what it sent to Meta for that buyer. Set it beside the HelloConversions sent-event log, then check that both payments landed in the revenue dashboards.

  3. Settle the pixel eventID question

Meta dedupes Wicked's events only when your pixel's eventID matches the event_id Wicked sends: the order ID for sales, an email-based ID for leads. Before HelloConversions takes over an event, switch that event off in Wicked. One purchase from two senders can show Meta two sales.

  4. Switch off Wicked's sends, then pick a plan

Once the deal reconciles, turn off Wicked's Leads CAPI and Google sends for each event HelloConversions now owns. If you still want its cohort reports or Advanced Signal, check which plan carries them. Wicked's pricing FAQ says plan changes take effect in the next billing cycle.

Frequently asked questions

Which GHL token does Wicked Reports ask for?

A Private Integration Token from the sub-account itself, plus its Location ID. Wicked's guide says an agency-level token won't work, so each sub-account connects with its own token. After that, Wicked pulls your historical leads, then the previous day's new leads each morning at about 2am EST.

Will payments taken in GoHighLevel show up in Wicked Reports?

Through an order system you connect, such as Stripe. Its HighLevel integration imports leads, and its HighLevel guide says sales and revenue come once you authorize your order systems. Wicked's integrations page names Stripe and Shopify among them. If your GHL payments run through Stripe, ask Wicked to show one arriving. HelloConversions captures GHL payments and invoices for revenue reporting.

Does Wicked Reports send GoHighLevel sales to Facebook?

Not from HighLevel directly. Its Sales CAPI covers Shopify, WooCommerce, ThriveCart, Magento 2, Keap, PayPal, ClickFunnels 2.0 and its own API. HighLevel is on its Leads CAPI list instead, which checks your CRM for new leads every 10 minutes. A developer could post GHL sales to Wicked's API, and its pricing page lists API integrations from Scale up.

Why does Wicked Reports' price depend on revenue?

Because each plan is sold by annual revenue band. As of October 2026, Measure is $499 a month in the $0 to $2.5M band, based on your last 12 months of gross revenue. Higher bands cost more, and a new band applies at your next renewal. No free trial is listed.

Do I need to match pixel event IDs for Wicked Reports?

Yes, for deduplication. Wicked sends the order ID as event_id for sales, and an email-based ID for leads. Your Meta pixel's eventID has to use the same value. HelloConversions dedupes its server events against your Meta and TikTok pixels, and doesn't document how.

Is Wicked Reports stronger for a business with repeat customers?

Yes, if repeat orders drive your growth. Every Wicked plan has cohort and lifetime-value reports, and Advanced Signal tells Meta which purchases come from new or repeat customers. HelloConversions has a Lead LTV dashboard on every plan, but documents no new-customer or repeat-customer event for Meta.
